From a new patient perspective, the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Schmitt and the staff truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care and a wonderful patient experience!

I broke my jaw and knocked 5 teeth out in July 2024 in a farming accident. I went to Phillips & Schmitt for a 2nd opinion after visiting a Prostadontist with 3 years experience compared to Dr. Schmitt's 26 years of experience. I didn't tell him I was there for a 2nd opinion, I let him explain the process and options to fill in the gaps, literally. A professional, down to earth, compassionate man. The exam was very thorough and in depth, compared to my visit with the 1st Prostadontist. When the exam was done I shook his hand, I was filled with emotion I started to cry. I told him, that us meeting was a God thing. After a botched surgery that put me in braces the last two years, Dr. Schmitt gave me hope to my situation, very overwhelming...I am Blessed. On July 17th, I had an appointment for Occlusial adjustment, in laymans term grinding down teeth. I had the privilege and honor to be treated by Team Schmitt. On the team was Dr. Schmitt and his daughter Kali. I was introduced to her, he said she was going to be training and assisting him for the day. My elderly Dad had an extensive procedure for three crowns that lasted several hours. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Phillips coordinating care for his anxiety and pain management, he had a fantastic experience and was so relieved and grateful for the team's efforts. He described the visit as the most "a-traumatic" dental work he'd ever had done. Bravo!

Dr Schmitt preformed surgery on my husband John today, he and entire team were exceptional! Your practice is truly amazing! Not much to improve when it's already perfect!

I appreciate very much that Jill and Dr. B made a concerted effort to listen to me as I shared some concern about a recent procedure. We discussed options and they gave me plenty of information regarding how to proceed. They were more than fair as we navigated a follow up plan. The issue was taken care of in a timely manner. I can't imagine a more positive, professional experience. Two thumbs up!!!

I have white coat syndrome (if thats a real thing) that is worse with dental visits. My visit today was almost canceled because today was especially bad for my anxiousness. Thankfully, I didn't cancel and was met by an outstanding dental hygienist who already knew about my issues. Not just the fact that I am anxious about the procedure, but she read everything in my chart and knew things about me that I don't remember telling them last time. She was able to make me feel like everything was going to be fine. Little things like a blanket, dark glasses and giving me the opportunity to participate in my cleaning by letting me hold one of the suction devices and use it as needed. Im pretty sure that simple gesture was enough to keep my mind off of the procedure by giving me a job to do. I have to be honest and say that I can't remember her name. That's typical of me to forget names but not faces. Please give her my thanks for making my day. I also have to address the work done by my last hygienist. She was the one responsible for putting all the notes in my chart so this event would run smoothly. There is something different about this office and all of it is good. To the ladies that t

I always feel good about my dental care at Phillips and Schmitt. This is my 4th year going there and each person I have met working there treats me with respect and a smile. This is very important to me and my less than perfect teeth. I recommend this wonderful office to anyone looking for special dental care.
